Today’s trail begins from the charming village of Sikles and winds through lush forests and rhododendron groves. You’ll pass cascading waterfalls, wooden bridges, and might even spot Himalayan wildlife along the way. The trail is peaceful and less-traveled, leading to the remote hamlet of Hugu, perched in a serene valley. Overnight in a local teahouse.
An early morning start takes us through pristine alpine landscapes toward the glacial basin of Kapuche Lake. As you ascend, the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic—towering cliffs and hanging glaciers dominate the backdrop. Kapuche Lake, nestled at the foot of snow-covered peaks, offers a surreal and peaceful moment. After taking in the views and snapping plenty of photos, we retrace our steps back to Sikles, then drive back to Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara.
Following a relaxed morning, we begin the journey back to Kathmandu by private vehicle. The drive, lasting 6 to 7 hours, follows the scenic Prithvi Highway, winding alongside rivers, terraced hillsides, and local villages. Once in the capital, enjoy your final evening with a warm meal or souvenir shopping in Thamel.
