Excellent experience with the agency, which in addition to being very efficient, was welcoming. I decided on the trip at the last minute, they were extremely attentive. There were no failures, the choice of hotels were excellent too. In addition to the expectation for the location, hotels with Nepalese characteristics, being able to feel the local culture. The guide Gakul has advanced knowledge, it made all the difference in the trip. The driver was also great and very kind. I highly recommend it, Thakur is a great person. Don't forget to choose the best package for whatever you want.
The tour package includes accommodation, transportation, guided sightseeing tours, entrance fees to heritage sites and national parks, some meals (as mentioned in the itinerary), and activities like jungle safaris and canoe trips in Chitwan. International airfare, personal expenses, and some meals are typically excluded.
Yes, most travelers require a visa to enter Nepal. A visa can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu or at Nepalese embassies abroad. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months.
The best time for this tour is during spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) when the weather is clear, and you can enjoy pleasant temperatures, stunning mountain views, and cultural experiences.
Accommodation includes comfortable hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara, and bungalow lodges in Chitwan National Park. Hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara are typically 3-star or 4-star, while Chitwan offers eco-friendly jungle lodges.
The tour is moderate in terms of physical activity. It includes some walking tours, jungle treks (optional), and sightseeing trips. The most physically demanding parts are the jungle safari and the hike in Sarangkot, but they can be adjusted based on personal fitness levels.
The tour includes a mix of Nepali and international cuisine. In Kathmandu and Pokhara, you can enjoy a variety of foods, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. In Chitwan, traditional Tharu cuisine is available, and meals at the resorts are typically buffet-style.
Chitwan National Park is home to one-horned rhinoceroses, Bengal tigers, elephants, crocodiles, deer, and various bird species. Activities like the elephant safari, canoe trip, and bird-watching tour increase the chances of spotting wildlife.
While not mandatory, travel insurance is highly recommended. It should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and adventure activities like jungle trekking and elephant safaris.
The tour includes private tourist vehicles for intercity travel. The journey from Kathmandu to Chitwan and Chitwan to Pokhara is by scenic drives, but there is also an option to take a domestic flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu on Day 7 for those who prefer a quicker return.
