Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.

In the afternoon, visit Swayambhunath Stupa, the Old Royal Palace, and Durbar Square. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : In the morning, visit Pashupatinath and Boudhanath Stupa.

In the afternoon, visit Bhaktapur and Patan. In the late afternoon, drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 : After breakfast, take a scenic drive along the Trisuli River to Royal Chitwan National Park.

Have lunch at the resort and visit the village of Tharu tribal people and the Park Information Center. In the evening, enjoy a surprise, maybe a dancing program performed by the Tharu people. Dinner and overnight stay in bungalows.

Day 4 : After breakfast, take a dugout canoe trip to watch the aquatic life, visit the elephant breeding farm, or participate in a 2-3 hour jungle trek program.

After lunch at the resort, enjoy an elephant back safari program. In winter and spring, you may have the option to take a jeep safari. Dinner and overnight stay in bungalows.

Day 5 : Early in the morning, go on a one-hour bird watching tour.

After breakfast, drive (5 hours) to Pokhara. Check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon, take a stroll along the lakeside. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 : Drive to Sarangkot for a Himalayan panorama view.

Then drive or walk down to Pokhara. In the afternoon, go sightseeing in the Pokhara Valley. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 : Drive (6 hours) or take a flight (35 minutes) back to Kathmandu.

Afternoon at leisure for shopping. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 : Transfer to the airport for departure.

An experienced guide and porters (1 porter for 2 people) all their expenses including their insurance and equipments.
Depending on your group size, there may be inclusion of an assistant guide to walk with the group to support when necessary.
Equipment for porter like trekking boots and Jacket as required for trekking
Duffel Bag and T-shirt
A four season sleeping bag (which needs to be returned after the trek)
