He has earned a Master’s degree in Economics from Tribhuwan University in Nepal & two-decade long experience in Nepalese tourism industry. Currently operating and managing World Himalaya Treks & Expeditions Travel and Trekking Company, he hails from a mountainous village of Manaslu region in the Gorkha district. Now he is a successful entrepreneur in tourism and hospitality industry as well as a very active social worker contributing to the welfare of society. He began his career in Nepal tourism at the age of 17, while he was barely out of his teens. Raised in the mountains of Gorkha, he had developed a love of nature from early adolescent, and started guiding foreign tourists along the well-trodden paths that makes him now to organize any trips through his company easily. After spending a long time in Tourism, as a mountain guide and tour guide, leading various treks and tours across Nepal, he got successful to establish his own trekking and tour company in 2007. He has widely travelled individually not only to the MOUNTAINS but to other parts of the world like India, China, Singapore, Thailand , Russia, most of countries in Europe etc.. , more than 32 countries in the world.  Since he started his company, he has been regularly attending travel trade fairs, expos abroad and seminars, workshops within Nepal in pursuit of opportunities to bring more business for the Nepalese tourism market. Some of the travel marts and expos attended by Mr.Dhital representing his company ‘World Himalaya’.

 In addition to his travel trekking company,he is also the ambassador of Tourism in Nepal. Apart from tourism sector, he runs Hotel Mega & Apartment in Thamel, Kathmandu. He is also the founder of Dhital Agro Tourism & Research Hub, in which he has developed  a new concept on Agro Tourism in Nepal. The main objective of his farm is to invite travellers or visitors to actively involve in various agriculture-related activities in fun-filled and learning environment.

He is also a social worker and has founded a social organization called ‘Village Environment Nepal’ to offer  social work opportunities for those who want to involve across Nepal .

Richa Dhakal is the Chairman of World Himalaya Treks & Expeditions, a tourism company based in Nepal. She was born in the Manaslu region of the Gorkha district and completed her Master's degree from a university in Nepal. With over a decade of experience in the tourism industry, Richa has a deep understanding of the sector and is well-respected for her expertise in trekking , tours and expeditions in Nepal.
In addition to her work in tourism, Richa Dhakal is also a strong advocate for women's empowerment and a Social worker. She is passionate about motivating women travelers from around the world to experience the unique cultural and natural beauty of Nepal. Her focus on cultural tourism and women's expeditions in Nepal has helped to promote the country as a safe and welcoming destination for female travelers.
As the Chairman of World Himalaya Treks & Expeditions, Richa Dhakal has played a key role in promoting Nepal's tourism industry. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, sustainable tourism experiences for visitors while also supporting local communities and promoting responsible tourism practices. Natalia is a passionate traveler who has a deep love for nature and the outdoors. She is especially drawn to the majestic beauty of the Himalayas and has spent a significant amount of time exploring the region. Her first trip to Nepal in 2013 was a life-changing experience for her, and since then, she has returned each year to immerse herself in the culture and natural beauty of the country.

Danniel is a representative of World Himalaya Treks & Expedition, with a company based in Brazil (Viagens de Experiência) that offers adventure and trekking tours in the Himalayan region. Originally from Brasilia, Danniel has spent over 12 years living outside of Brazil, exploring different parts of the world and immersing himself in new cultures.

Jivan Dhakal is a well-traveled individual who has a passion for adventure and exploration. He was born in Nepal and worked as a tourist guide in his home country from 2007 to 2012. Jivan's dedication and hard work led him to join World Himalaya as an intern, where he made significant contributions to the company by revising the website and trip brochures.
Despite going to Germany to pursue higher studies, Jivan's love for travel and adventure never faded away. He continued to work with World Himalaya and took initiatives to expand the company's reach in the Europe markets. In 2015, Jivan officially joined World Himalaya and now works as a representative for Europe and Germany.Jivan's passion for travel and adventure was sparked by his first trek in the Himalayas to Annapurna Base Camp when he was just 19 years old. Since then, he has gone on several breathtaking treks in the Nepal Himalayas, which have only fueled his enthusiasm for travel even further. He is now dedicated to sharing the magic of the Himalayas with potential clients and making World Himalaya a well-known name in the field of adventure travel and responsible tourism.

Arjun is  the manager at World Himalaya Treks & Expeditions as well as trekking guide, dedicated to providing exceptional trekking experiences in the Himalayas. With extensive knowledge and experience in the region, He is  passionate about exploring nature's wonders and sharing my expertise with our clients. Mingma Sherpa, born and raised in Lukla, is a small town located in the Khumbu Pasanglhamu rural municipality of the Solukhumbu District in Province No. 1 of northeastern Nepal. Lukla sits at an altitude of 2,860 metres (9,383 ft) and is a popular arrival point for visitors to the Himalayas, especially those heading to Mount Everest. Despite its name meaning "place with many goats and sheep," there are now only a few found in the area.

Most of Mingma's childhood was spent in this isolated village. After completing school there, she moved to Kathmandu to pursue further studies and establish a better future for herself. She joined college in Kathmandu and simultaneously started working as an assistant guide and trekking guide in Nepal. Over the years, she has guided numerous treks in the Himalayas of Nepal and has gained valuable experience. For the past three years, she has been working at World Himalaya Trekking Company, continually growing as a more experienced leader. Time keeps moving forward, and she continues to travel and explore new trekking destinations in Nepal.

Sudip is a trekking guide based in Nepal. He originally comes from Gorkha and started his career in the trekking industry as a porter at the young age of 17. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Shailesh has been working with World Himalaya as a main guide for the past 5 years.In 2017, Sudip was awarded Guide of the Year by WH, recognizing his exceptional skills and dedication to his work. He has a keen interest in tourism and is very familiar with the trekking routes in the Annapurna, Everest, Manaslu, and Langtang regions of Nepal. He is a specialist of Upper-Mustang trekking.

Gokul Bhatta is an experienced and knowledgeable trekking guide based in Nepal. Born and raised in the Himalayan region of Nepal, he developed a passion for trekking at a young age and started his career in the trekking industry as a porter when he was only 20 years old. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Gokul has honed his skills and become a seasoned guide.

Santosh Amgain is a qualified and licensed trekking guide in Nepal. He has a Bachelor's degree in tourism and has extensive knowledge of the people, culture, and landscape of various regions in Nepal. Santosh is experienced in leading treks in the Everest, Annapurna, Manaslu, and other trekking regions of Nepal.

He is also trained in the field of high altitude risk management, first aid, and altitude sickness training.
