Fantastic family travel Nepal

We had a great travel around Nepal with World Himalaya Treks & Expeditions. From arrival at the airport until departure it was well organized, but most important also very personal. With our teenage daughters of 14 and 12 we visited many places accross the Kathmandu valley and Chitwan. We all loved it! Nepal has so much variety to offer. From the high mountains to the tropical jungle. Next time we will come back to do a trek in the mountains!

Amazing trek in Nepal

After contacting some agencies, we finally booked our trek with World Himalaya. The price he offered us was better than all other agencies were offering me. It was very easy to organise since we discocered the agency after a stay in the hotel owned by M.Dhital, just under the agency. We had several meetings and he brings us in person to rent all the material we needed for the trek, booked all taxis and organise a meeting with the guid the previous day. All was included in the price : we didn't have to pay extra for shuttles, hot water or wifi anywhere. 3 meals a day, including a hot beverage. Finally, we had the most amazing 7 days trek : Ghorepani Poon Hill. We were searching for a trek not too hard physically, with a good diversity of landscapes, and it was perfect ! Our guid was Gakul and we spent a very good week together ! He is a very experimented guid, who went everywhere in Nepal ! Very knowledgable, he knew exactly were to go, explaining every night what would be the next day in terms of walks difficulties, weathers conditions, possibility to get water and food etc. And he is also so kind. Knowing we were both vegans, he went to buy a lot of fruits before leaving and cary them all the a week in his bag to be sure we would have nutritional food on the mountains. He took good care or us, confort, food, security, during the 7 days. We already miss Nepal and we recommend 100% the travel agence and the hotel !

Review for 10 days Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek

Amazing!

We were planning to go trekking in Nepal. We stayed in Kathmandu for our first night and our Hotel brought us to the World Himalaya Treks & Expedition Agency. The organization was very easy and so the Trek was booked. The payment was also very easy - thank you again for being so uncomplicated! Communication with Whatsapp worked really fast, in case we had some questions. So the trekking started and our guide picked us up from our hotel in Pokhara. We decided for the Poon Hill and Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Our guide Sudip Shrestha was the real hero behind our trip. During the trek he was always looking out for us and adapted the daily walking distances to our fitness level. He also knows where the teahouse with the best view is or where the accomandations are nice. After dinner he always told us the plan for the next day, so we knew how long and far it will be, which was good to know. He also has a lot of knowledge of the mountains in the area. Furthermore he was very open about his general life in Nepal which was very interesting. We were really happy with him! Thank you again Sudip for the great time!

Stayed here for more than 20 days!

Dithal made all the difference in our stay! I’ve recommended dot everyone to stay there with him at his hotel! He also had great deals with flights and basically everything you need for EBC hike!
